Akvaboard WB Primer VOC Compliant

Akvaboard is a fast drying waterborne primer that is designed for spray, curtain coater, or vacuum applications. This high solids product has excellent adhesion, including over 100% UV sealers. It can be top-coated with select acid cured products. It is easy to sand and extremely low VOC’s and HAPs free.

Akvaline 212 VOC Compliant

Akvaline 212 pre-catalyzed is a one component, waterborne clear coating for stained or natural woods. Very fast drying makes it suitable for most types of coating lines and has very good stacking properties. It gives a minimum of grain raise, is light fast, and its clarity makes it suitable both for dark colored woods and dark stains. This product has low VOC and will drastically reduce your solvent emissions. Akva Line 212 precatalyzed does not contain formaldehyde and has been given the MAS Environmental Certified Green approval for LEEDs projects.

Akvaline 318 Plus VOC Compliant

Akvaline 318 Plus conversion varnish is a one or two component waterborne acrylic clear coating with excellent clarity and feel. It has very high solids and good wetting of the wood properties. When catalyzed the pot life of the mixed material is 24 hrs. Akvaline 318 Plus conversion varnish provides increased surface hardness, scratch resistance, and moisture resistance. Akvaline 318 Plus conversion varnish can also be used without catalyst (single component) as well.

Akvaline 318 VOC Compliant

Akvaline 318 is a waterborne acrylic clear coating with excellent clarity and feel. It has very high solids and provides good wetting of the wood. Akvaline 318 is suitable for stained or natural woods, including those rich in tannic acid such as nut and fruit woods. It has very good chemical resistance and passes KCMA. It has low VOCs and does not contain formaldehyde. Akvaline 318 will surprise you and the end product looks like the best varnish!

Akvasurf Precatalyzed WB Primer VOC Compliant

Akvasurf Pre-catalyzed is a fast drying waterborne primer that has good flow and filling properties. This high solids product sands as well as the best solvent based primers on the market. Akvasurf Pre-catalyzed can be topcoated with our waterborne topcoats including Akvatopp Pre-catalyzed as well as select acid cured products. It has extremely low VOC’s and is HAPs free. It does not contain or emit formaldehyde.

Akvatopp VOC Compliant

Akvatopp precatalyzed white is a waterborne acrylic pigmented topcoat suitable for most applications. This fast drying product has a silky feel and develops an extremely durable finished surface. Akvatopp pre-catalyzed white is one component and non-yellowing. It is high solids and provides excellent hiding properties. When combined with one of AcromaPro waterborne primers, Akvatopp provides a totally formaldehyde and HAPs free coating system that will pass KCMA.

Amerivar Clear VOC Compliant

Amerivar Clear is a post-catalyzed acid cured clear coating with high build properties. This product is fast drying with short curing times and can be stacked quickly. It is non-yellowing and suitable for self sealing over all shades of stains, even pastels and whites. Amerivar Clear is HAPs compliant and passes KCMA. This product has good sag resistance and is designed for vertical or flat spray applications.

Matador VOC Compliant

This is a post catalyzed, acid cured enamel. It has very high solids content and gives very high build on Bernyl Surfacer White or Bernyl Unisurfacer. The surface appearance is superior, smooth, and of high performance. It meets ANSI/NKCA section 9.0 Finish Tests and Möbelfakta combinations of requirements Matador is suitable as a top coat on interior furniture and decorations.

White Precat Lac VOC Compliant

Satin White Precat Lacquer is a high quality pre-catalyzed nitrocellulose lacquer formulation that incorporates the most up-to-date European Pre-catalyzed technology. In addition, it is has a high solids, excellent build, and is fast drying.

Antik Tinktur

Dry glazing material for antique look on solid colours and stains. Use only Arti Pigment Concentrates for tinting. Spray on, allow to dry, then remove excess with Scotchbrite pad or equivalent.

Bernyl Facett LV Precat Clear

Bernyl Facett LV is a pre-catalyzed clear coating for natural or stained woods. It is a high solids coating with a delivered viscosity the same as our suggested application viscosity. Bernyl Facett LV HAPS Free can be applied as a sealer and as a finishing coat. It allows speedy, problem-free coating of wood and furniture. Bernyl Facett LV HAPS Free has a low formaldehyde emission. Does not contain HAPs solvents. Excellent chemical and scratch resistance.

Bernyl Facett

Pre-catalysed clear coating for natural or stained woods. W ith this product you will achieve a good quality surface with a very easy to use clear coat. Since Bernyl Facett is pre-catalysed, add Thinner only, to reach your application viscosity, and then start to apply it. It can be applied as a sealer and as a finishing coat. It allows speedy, problem-free coating of wood and furniture. Bernyl Facett has a low formaldehyde emission. Properly reduced and applied, Bernyl Facett meets the German E1 specification for formaldehyde emission. It does not contain any D.O.P. or D.B.P. plasticisers and is also free from methanol and ketones.

Bernyl Fiesta

Bernyl Fiesta is a post-catalyzed acid cured clear coating with exceptionally fast drying properties. This product builds quickly and sands easily. It provides excellent flow and leveling, is HAPS free. Fiesta passes KCMA and has good sag resistance. It has very good chemical and scratch resistance, yet is flexible. Bernyl Fiesta brings out the natural patina and beauty of wood.

Bernyl Light

Pre-catalysed and pre-reduced clear coating with improved light stability for light colored stained woods. Delivery viscosity is the same as our suggested application viscosity, so just open the container, stir it well, and start to apply it. It can be applied as a sealer and top coat, its sanding properties are very good. It does not contain any D.O.P. or D.B.P. plasticisers, nor any ketones or methanol. Limitations: It is not recommended to use this product over white or pastel shades. A non-yellowing lacquer is available for this purpose.

Bernyl Reliant

Bernyl Reliant is a post catalyzed, clear coating. This self sealing product provides excellent flow and leveling. Bernyl Reliant is quick to dry and easy to sand helping to reduce time and labor in the finishing process. Bernyl Reliant has very low formaldehyde emissions meeting the German E1 specification and is also HAPS free. With a maximum build of 6 dry mils, this very durable coating has very good chemical resistance and scratch resistance, but is still flexible to move with the natural expansion and contraction of wood. Bernyl Reliant brings out the natural patina and beauty of wood.

Bernyl Surfacer White | Bernyl Transparent Surfacer

This post catalyzed acid cured primer coat is extremely fast drying and curing. It has very high solids and excellent filling properties on MDF and other wood substrates. This product provides very good coverage and it fills the surface extremely well. The primer has excellent sanding properties for interior furniture and fittings. You will get the best result will be obtained using our full Matador-system: Bernyl Transparent Surfacer, Bernyl Surfacer White and Matador.

Bernyl Unisurfacer

Post catalyzed acid cured primer coat for wood and wood-substrates. This product is specially designed for “Fladder sanding”, but is also very good for other machine sanding or hand-sanding. The coverage of this product is extremely good and its hold-out of the top coat is excellent. Using Bernyl Unisurfacer as a primer coat on MDF and a top coat with Matador gives you a coating exceeding most of the available systems.

Care Seal 5310 NW

Care seal HAPs Free is a two pack solvent borne sealer for non-wetting on most wood substrates. Formulated to give off low formaldehyde emissions during the application and drying process and from the dried film. Care Seal reduces the risk of oily imperfections in the wooden substrate. This product is formulated to meet VOC content level of 5.6 Ib/gal, 670 g/I after catalyzation. An excellent sealer for most AcromaPro acid cure clear coats.

Care Seal 5312 Precat

CareSeal Precat is a pre-catalysed and pre-reduced solvent bourne sealer for use on most light wood substrates. It has low formaldehyde emission during application, and from the dried film. CareSeal Precat reduces the risk of oily imperfections of the wood substrate. Contains UV-light absorbers which delays the yellowing of the wood and has very good light resistance. CareSeal Precat sealer is very fast drying and has excellent sandability. It is formulated with HAPs free solvents. Excellent sealer for most of AcromaPro’s acid cure precat clear coats.

Care Seal 5320 HS TDS

Care Seal HS is a HAPs free is a two pack solvent borne sealerfor most wood substrates. Formulated to give off low formaldehyde emissions during the application and drying process and from the dried film. In addition Care Seal HS gives good build on vertical spray applications. An excellent sealer for most AcromaPro acid cure clear coats.

Catalyst 309

Suitable for AcromaPro acid curing products. Gives fast curing, free from aromatics, ketones, methanol and HAPS free.

Catalyst 494

Suitable for AcromaPro acid curing products. Slower flash-off, provides better flow and leveling. Free from ketones, methanol.

Innovat Clear

Innovat is a fast drying, acid cured conversion varnish. Known for extremely high solids at the gun tip, Innovat is one of the fastest build products on the market. Innovat is self sealing, has a very soft, silky feel, and excellent clarity. Innovat is non-yellowing and very low in HAPs. It creates an extremely tough durable finish with outstanding moisture and chemical resistance. Innovat is a low formaldehyde product and passes KCMA.

Klintcryl

This product is a two component polyurethane clear coating. It can be used as a sealer or as a self-sealing system. Excellent sandability when used as a sealer. Suitable for application by conventional spray. Fast drying, non-yellowing, and long pot life. Contains UV-light absorbers which delays the yellowing of the wood. FORMALDEHYDE FREE
